Megan Claflin is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor through YogaWorks, offering an approach that blends precise instruction, mindful alignment, and fluid movement. Rooted in Vinyasa, her classes range from moderate to vigorous, always with an emphasis on breath and intentional sequencing. She provides modifications and props to ensure an accessible and personalized experience for every student.

Beyond Vinyasa, Megan also teaches Yin (Deep Stretch), guiding students toward stillness, release, and a deeper connection between body and mind. Whether building strength or creating space, her goal is to help students find balance—on and off the mat.
